“30-day Money Back Guarantee” & “1-year Breakage Protection Guarantee” Terms and Conditions:
A. 30-day Money Back Guarantee:
1. Only applicable for prescription frames and prescription sunglasses.
2. Do not cover damage arising from accidents or misuse.
3. All returned prescription frames and prescription sunglasses must be free from defect and returned in their original cases.
4. About Refund: All refunds will be settled via the original type of transaction (i.e. cash payments will be refunded in cash, credit card payments will becredited to the credit card used at the time of purchase, etc).
5. About Product Exchange: If a more expensive pair of frames, lenses or sunglasses is desired, payment of the cost difference will be required.

B. 1-year Breakage Protection Guarantee:
1. This offer only applies to frames and sunglasses when purchased with prescription lenses.
2. This protection is only applicable to the same model of frames, lenses or sunglasses as the originally purchased product.
3. The cost for replaced items will be 50% of the current retail price of the originally purchased product.
4. If the prescription frames or prescription sunglasses are out of stock, LensCrafters will replace them with alternative models. If upgrading to more expensive frames or sunglasses, 50% of the net price of the original pair plus the net price difference between the
original and replacement pairs must be paid.   
If replacing damaged frames or sunglasses with a lower-priced alternative, the replacement pair will be 50% of the current retail price of the lower-priced alternative.
5. The broken products must be returned.
6. Replacement frames and sunglasses will be covered by the “1-year Manufacturer Defect Guarantee” and “60-day Prescription Guarantee”, but will not be covered by the “30-day Money Back Guarantee” or the “1-year Breakage Protection Guarantee” again.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. A refund or exchange receipt must be signed for records when claiming refund or making an exchange.
2. All the above services and guarantees will only be offered on frames and lenses purchase made at LensCrafters’ branches in Hong Kong.
3. All of the above services and guarantees will only be offered to the original purchaser and are not transferable.
4. All guarantees, warranties and offers exclude loss or theft.
5. In the event of any disputes, LensCrafters reserves the right of final decision.
6. LensCrafters reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
